[tracker2] Problem with viewing Dec 09 OT2 Manual

I'm having trouble viewing the OT2 manual dated 12-09-09 using both Adobe 
Reader 9 and Nitro PDF Pro editor.  The OT2 manual dated 08-02-08 opens fine in 
either viewer.

Anybody else having problems?
