It's there. The fact that the manual pdf also cause Nitro PDF Pro maker/editor to crash after the first few pages is also disturbing.
Well, it's not worth taking up much more time on this so I guess I'll just wait and see if a new file shows up eventually. I always have the 2008 version to work with. Thanks for the suggestions.
