HIPAA standard transactions.
I know this may not be exactly the answer you're seeking, but I suspect it's the best we're going to see for a while. As I understand the regulations hardcopy paper Faxs are exempt from compliance with the format requirements in the Transaction regulations. Does this also apply to Electronic Faxes?
