We here at UHIN have a solution that you might be interested in.  This product 
specifically targets the smaller provider and will have all the transaction available. 
 The product will be made available next year.  The product is designed to use the 
print
file (UB92 or HCFA 1500), from the providers practice management system, to create the 
appropriate ANSI transaction.  We have been using a product like this in Utah for 7 
years and it works wonderfully well with many different software systems.  If you are
