Hi everybody,
For your information, I've been told that CMS is now on a monthly
cycle for publishing of HIPAA-related NPRM's and final rules in the
Federal Register.
The latest 'guesstimate' for publication of the Addenda NPRM is 28
January. If that does not occur, I understand the next potential date
would be around 25 February.
