How should the industry handle the NDC code requirement, then? If the addenda (which I thought were to include a revision/retraction of the NDC code requirement except for pharmacy claims) are not released until March, their effective date will be after the 10/16/02 compliance date. In effect, this would place us all in non-compliance unless we chose to implement the requirement.
