Can we make a determination that if the Subscriber Loop and the Dependent Loop are both populated - to inquiry on the Dependent Loop only? Or do we have to provide a response for the Subscriber and the Dependent? I would like to do the first option noted (and discuss in Companion Document). My interpretation is that if the Subscriber is requested, that loop would be populated and if a Dependent is requested, both would be populated, but I would only provide a response for the Dependent...Comments?
