Does anyone know the proposed length of the forthcoming Plan ID? HHS cannot divulge the information before the NPRM is released. However, it was suggested to me that HHS must have solicited advice from WEDI, X12 and other industry organizations before starting work on the Plan ID rule. I'm hoping someone on the listserv may know what advice HHS was given.
