Scott, it's difficult to see with the current design of the addenda but the Referral Date DTP segment was deleted. The only way to tell is to look at the summary pages of the IG(specifically page 9 of the addenda). Hope this helps

In my ClarEDI testing I received error code H10815: Segment DTP (Date -
Referral Date)
at 3-135 present, but was marked "Not Used". The IG states that this is
required when
the claim includes a referral, and I didn't find anything in the Addenda on
this.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
