Just tried the repo (fetched and unpacked locally) and looks like it was
made using hg 1.1.x. (fncache)

Which version have we got on the server?

For me moving to 1.1.x isn't a big deal, it's just matter to know
that :)

BTW, Can I suggest to rename _existing_ repo into
transcode-hist

and deploy the newly-converted one just as
transcode

?

Hopefully the new one will quickly become the reference one, so doing
like above should minimize the maintainance.
