Just tried the repo (fetched and unpacked locally) and looks like it was made using hg 1.1.x. (fncache) Which version have we got on the server? For me moving to 1.1.x isn't a big deal, it's just matter to know that :) +++ BTW, Can I suggest to rename _existing_ repo into transcode-hist and deploy the newly-converted one just as transcode ? Hopefully the new one will quickly become the reference one, so doing like above should minimize the maintainance.
