Cool! Personally I have a pretty narrow knowledge of transcode (I sometimes transcode tv series to watch on my cowon d2), but I will try to contribute. Maybe a good start would be to write step by step instructions for the "combos" briefly described here: http://tcforge.berlios.de/archives/2009/07/30/the_1_2_0_testing_dilemma/index.html > I can create a new wiki similar to the existing one, with the > addition of an upload feature (with individual passwords, so > that if someone goes bonkers they can be locked out without > affecting anyone else). > > Or someone else could take over, and perhaps set up a mediawiki > based wiki, which requires more maintenance. I have no experience as a wiki admin, but yes, perhaps a mediawiki is the way to go. I'm not volonteering for the position right now, but I will look into it. > I apologize for not fixing the wiki properly after the recent > server upgrade, but I'm afraid my time is not my own right now, > with the usual business of life, plus a dying family member. > > Phil Sorry to hear about your loss. But I haven't noticed anything wrong with the wiki other than the lack of up to date information. :)
