Okay, I'll be installing a new wiki, with upload capability.
Everyone who wishes to edit should send me an email directly
to p...@slug.org with a preferred username and simple password.

The password is not for security, but simply to prevent
defacement. And to give me a way to lock out users who
upload pr0n that I don't find adequately tittilating.

I'll stick to the same general type of wiki to minimize
the rework of existing wiki-to-manpage scripts, which
I believe exist.
