Looks like our build system has a glitch, pv filter should not built by default IMHO. You should be able to solve this problem by installing libXv development packages, something like libXv-dev (I'm [finally] on a fedora box so I can't give the exact package name) After that transcode should eventually build clean. bests, -- Francesco Romani
