This is probably obvious, but have you tried playing the DVD in another software player, like MPlayer or Xine? This error message suggests that either there's a bug in libdvdread (which transcode uses for accessing DVD video streams), or this particular recorder produces broken DVDs. --Andrew Church [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://achurch.org/
