I have. For example, the very strange "local" error I experienced was in EHCacheProvider.cfc and so I changed all references in that file to "local2" and it went away.
I believe ehCahce lasted longer but ultimately went down. So I've been using CF9 cache as it goes down the fastest and so easier to gather data.
