OmniWeb 5.5 is based on WebKit for the first time; I don't know if
its always used WebCore or not. There will undoubtedly be things that
need sorting out, since this still a RC.
The Wikipedia CSS page says about Webcore:

but I don't know if that would affect this situation. More testing
needed. Fortunately, OmniWeb has site-specific prefs, which are great
for testing. ;)
