The Dutch translation has not been well maintained. Different possibilities exist to allow different people to do different things in a project (for example to only allow suggestions), but we need to have people come forth and claim ownership, which has not yet happened for the Dutch translations. If people are not yet assigned the admin rights for the Pootle translations of their language and they intend to maintain it well, we can assign them admin rights so that they can manage their own permissions. Not at all: perfectly normal Dutch always surprise me, simply because it is very similar to what I know, but always contains something that you didn't expect :-) Don't view my opinions as having priority over your own knowledge as a mother tongue speaker. For example, "halfway" or "User interface" or something like that. Statistics can be shown for each goal, in order to measure progress in meaningful ways for very big projects like OpenOffice.org or Mozilla projects, as these have many files. (Perhaps "doelwit" in Dutch? Just guessing based on Afrikaans.) The tracks ability is not currently used in Pootle therefore I won't bother about translating them perfectly.
