What I meant was that I would prefer to change the message from
        "checking %s"
to
        "checking '%s'"
But that will break the string freeze. So while we can't add quotes for
the translations (languages differ), and we don't want to break the
string freeze, we can't solve this 100%, but I think it is quite ok for
now. Translators can still put the quotes in their translations if this
is suitable.

I just realised that we an put the hyperlink inline in the place of the
variable. Then it might give a stronger idea that the link is about that
specific check name.
