Hello,

I have a development Website and want to integrate pootle into it, but
since it is a standalone application I am running into trouble with it.

I like to see a subdirectory /pootle/ on my website which I have already
done using apache2 reverse proxy capabilities, but now I have other
problems since pootle is pinting always to / and not /pootle/.

So my suggestion is, to use only relative pathes.

The second thing I dislike is the design of pootle. I like to see the
HARDCODED HTML droped and go for CSS.

Currently I am hacking the sourcecode of the pootle server to make a PHP
(on request) application from it, since my VServer/VHosts (@Hosting-
Provider which use Gentoo) does not allow me to run pootle as standalone
application.

The hardest thing was to parse the strings from the po files and now I
have a question to it:

WHY does pootle do not accept *.pot files since they are the TEMPLATES
for the translation?

Another thing is, if I setup a project "dummy" and add the languages
"de" and "fr", WHY do I have to upload the "template" for each language
seperately?

I find this realy annoying, since normaly one would ONLY upload the POT
file which then is copied into a PO file which then will be translated.

This is, HOW my php5 app is working.

I like to go into a discusion about it with the developers, but since I
have problems accessing the Internet in France and currently no Bank
account in Germany which i need to get a NEW SIM for my PCMCIA GSM Card
it would be very crapy, if I can only respond all 3-5 days from an
Internet Cafe...

Note: If someone from GERMANY can help me to setup a O2 "Genion S"
account with the Data-Option for 25€/month (5000 MByte) please
let me know. (I can setup a monthly fixed payment to a German
        bank account using BIC/IBAN)

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
