Hallo

I'm not sure if I understand your situation 100%. If you upload with
overwrite mode, there shouldn't be any suggestions, unless there were
suggestions before you started. Can you confirm whether there were any
suggestions before you uploaded the zip file?

The PO format does not have a way of storing suggestions in the format.
This is however possible with XLIFF files, so you might want to consider
that, although the tool support for XLIFF is not yet as good as for PO
We are working on an offline program for translation that supports
XLIFF. It is called Virtaal, and one of the next releases will probably
support the suggestions.

We continue to work on performance issues, so hopefully that will soon
be something of the past.
