Hallo Friedel, I use JavaPM <http://www.maxprograms.com/products/javapm.html> to export java .properties files to XLIFF. It's not open source but it's free, and it's the only tool I found that can manage a whole set of files at the same time. It works very well, but unfortunately I can not change the export behavior.
Maybe I can use an XML filter to add this 'approved' attribute on each translated string ? Thank for your explanations. Laurent.
