1. Permission problem is solved changing whole module directory. Pootle
works perfect! Thanks F. Wolff!
2. I am blind. For testing, I symlinked just one module which listed
almost below. Thanks F. Wolff! 
3. I tend to think to work actually with version control, I have to
follow Martin Bagge's steps whatever using symlink or not. Thanks
Martin!
Now I have just one small problem. While checking out, I get "Failed to
update file name (shown here filename in Pootle working copy not git!)
from version control" and while committing, "Failed to commit file:
execv() arg 2 must contain only strings".
Is it OS relevant or Pootle relevant?

BTW, I uploaded Pootle translation to locamotion server and downloaded
virtaal.
