Form 730 is still on the FCCs website. Have a look at:

As far as the FCC ceasing to accept Part 68 registration applications is
concerned, no firm date had been fixed. The broad timetable of events is
summarised in the following document which indicates that this should take
place no later than June 19:

Once the FCC cease accepting applications you will have a choice:

[1] Apply to a TCB for certification
[2] Follow the new Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) route

I understand that the FCC will stop issuing Part 68 Equipment Registration
Certificates.  As of what date?  I looked on the website and form 730 is no
longer there.  Who are the TCBs that are supposed to take over this
procedure?
