Large systems, connected to a telecom network or not, which become idle for a period of time do not usually have a low power mode. Is there any future requirement being considered (by any regulatory agency) concerning a low power mode cutting in when computer systems (of any size) become idle? Something above and beyond te "Energy Star" progrem.
