          NET.2 JUNE 1994 2nd Edition Table A-1 V.24/ V.28 ?

Circuits 140, 141, and 142 appear to have become MANDATORY.

Also the pin numbers have changed from the original NET.2:1988,
but this appears to have been a major error which formed the
basis of an amendment issued as

          ETSI/STC-TES 90 dated 2nd Feb. 1990

          NET.2:1990 stated 140 on pin 14
                                141 on pin 10
                                142 on pin 18

          NET.2: 1994 states 140 on pin 21
                                141 on pin 18
                                142 on pin 25

The latter appears to have been the intended pin-outs from the
outset, with the error being in the original NET.2 1990

More significant, is to determine whether the "*" which depicts
an optional circuit has been left out on purpose, or as an
          editorial error.

I have raised the issues with appropriate people and await the
outcome of further enquiries by them.

Meanwhile Treggers you may wish to check your own circuit
          pin-outs.
