You can view the text of 21 CFR 1010 and other related code at the the
US House of Representatives-Internet Law Library-Code of Federal
Regulations site at http://www.pls.com:8001/his/cfr.html. Using a
search term of 21 CFR 1010 will get you started and bring up most of
     the related code.

Hope this helps. Tania Grant, Octel Communications Corporation

TREGers,

My company has just had a FED EX shipment of telephone equipment from
Australia held until we complete a form entitled, "Declaration for Products
Subject to Radiation Control Standards -- Department of Health,
Education, and Welfare." The form asks us to swear that we comply
with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1010.

I don't have a copy of CFR 1010, and I have never heard of such a
requirement being put on telecom equipment. Can anyone supply me
with information? Heeeeeeeeeelp!

Pete
