If the modem of interest is using a Rockwell chip set, you can contact 
Rockwell directly for a copy of their AT Commands Reference Manual.  They 
should mail it to you free of charge.  It would be best, however, to contact 
the modem manufacturer.  Sometimes manufacturers will buy the chips from 
Rockwell or someone else, then re-write the command code.  Usually they 
support the basic set of AT commands, but often they will add extended 
commands for enhanced capabilities.

After glancing through my Reference Manual, I found a command, AT*B, that is 
supposed to display blacklisted numbers.  I have not tried it before, but it 
may show you what you need.
