I am working on a modem project at Motorola and we are about to do Part 68 and IC CS-03 testing. Is there a comprehensive list of tests needed for these standards written anywhere and the requirements. I have the specs but they read like... well, standards. I am looking for something in plain English if possible that I can use to understand the tests better. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
