We are currently using the electrostatic discharge gun made by Compliance
Design  (508-264-4668) in Boxborough, MA.  It is a low-cost but reliable
solution, although it doesn't have the "bells and whistles" of the much more
expensive products, e.g., no counter to keep track of how many discharges
you have done.

We built the rest of the test bed ourselves, using wood and sheet metal, for
things like discharge planes and ground planes.
