Your comments are a very valuable clarification. Since a preliminary announcement through BEAMA in the summer of material received from Australia there has been near silence on the RCM, until something started about the C-tick. I maintain the FAQ for the s.e.e.c (sci.engr.electrical.compliance) newsgroup and the above information would be very helpful there. With your permission, I propose to copy/summarise it for the benefit of s.e.e.c participants. I expect to post the update of the FAQ tomorrow (Tuesday) so should you have any comment would appreciate it before then if possible. Many thanks.
