Does anyone have information on when the "Report and Order" regarding the FCC Part 68 regulation of ISDN and switched 56/64K devices will finally make it into the Federal Register. My understanding is that as of yesterday it still was not there. Does anyone know what the hold up is? At the TIA meeting in Ft. Meyers in late February we were told "any day". Which as I understand it, is different than "imminent" which in government terms is 10 months to 1 year, such as with harmonization with Canada for CS-03.
