Do you think the PROCESS for the CE Mark is value-added? If the answer is yes, please indicate as briefly as possible how and why it's YES. If the answer is no, well then, just say NO. My opinion is that it is NOT a value-added process, and presents an obstacle as opposed to an improvement. I'll compile the results and post them to the network. Thanks for your support.
