Cynthia,

I recommend that you engage the services of one of the
members of the European protection rackets to sign a
contract with DIGI that is not an a per hour basis, but on
an accomplishment basis. You probably will have to do
some shopping.

Any question from management that asks "What does it
cost to get pan-European approvals to non-harmonized
standards, demonstrates that they don't understand the
market they want to enter. You MUST insist on a detailed
list of EXACTLY what EU markets they plan to crack.

Prepare them for a BIG BILL. The cost of such approvals
is horrendous compared to what you have to pay in the
US and Canada. If you start talking about several hundred
thousand dollars per country, perhaps they'll start looking
at where their market really is.

Deep claming breaths,

Vic
