First of all, some of the countries you mention use the USA modular
connectors; I believe that these include Japan and Korea. Each of the
European countries you mention uses its own national connector type
(Belgium and the Netherlands are two separate countries), as does
Australia. Hong Kong uses the same connector types as the UK. I do not know
which connectors are used in the South American countries you mention. You
can find out more about Luxembourg, which is the third Benelux country, by
looking at the requirements in ETSI Standard ETS 300 001 (aka NET4) -
Chapter 8 ("Connection Methods"); however, due to Luxembourg's small size,
you may find that this country uses a multitude of connector types borrowed
from neighboring countries.
