We recently received an information about the enforcement of the consumer
protection regulation 1995 (Safety Authority) in Singapore. In accordance to
this law, which is effective from June 1st, among other categories home
computer (including monitors, printer, speaker, scanner and other mains
operated accessories are covered in this regulation. A manufacturer, trader or
importer of those products shall register it with the Safety Authority in
Singapore by using a test report from Singapore Productivity and Standards
Board (PSB) or other recognised laboratories.

1) Does anybody has experience with the Singapore Safety Authority?
2) Are CB testreports accepted?

Any info is appreciated.
