Hello Heiko,

As I know of, there is only one test house in Singapore(for ITE) which is
the Electronic Test Centre in PSB and if you have a CB report, you may
register your product with the Consumer Product Safety(CPS) of PSB.

You may contact Daniel Ng (65 870 1110) of CPS PSB.
