http://www.itu.ch web server and look for the catalog,there are quite a few.
for R2 signalling I think you should look for Q4XX series.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for specifications on
R2 signalling. We urgently need to identify and obtain R2 related
specs. that describe the signals in Backward Direction.
