Seems to me that R2 Signaling equipment is equipment for Telephone Companies. In most countries such equipment is not regulated but a matter between the seller and the buyer. The information you are looking for can only be provided by your customers.
That may be difficult if you only have "prospective" customers, nevertheless, in the end you'll have to negotiate with that customer about his/her requirements. Ciao, Vic Boersma
