Ron, I have recently purchased IEC950 amendment 4 from BSI in the U.K and it consisted of the amended and additional pages only, these pages you have to change out and add to your previous amendment 3. If you want to buy IEC950/A4 (without owning any previous amendments) I think that you will have to buy IEC 950, A1, A2, A3 and A4 then spend the next 5 days changing all the pages.
