Part 68 does not directly refer to a 6-month retest rule but talks about taking steps to ensure continuing compliance. The inimitable Bill von Alven, in his great wisdom, has decided to make clear what he thinks that ought to mean, in Form 730. I suppose one could challenge that but I don't recommend that you do. Bill has administered this program with more common horse sense than many of the applicants have a right to expect. Do as Bill says in Form 730 and make sure somebody in your organization understands what they sign for on the "GO TO JAIL LINE".
