ISDN in Costa Rica

Does anyone know what flavor of ISDN is used in Costa Rica?  Do they use   the 
S/T or U interface?  Is the D-channel protocol stack consistent with   Europe's 
NET3, or do they use something else?  What requirements must be   met to sell a 
product for use on the ISDN in Costa Rica?
