EN 41 003 had in it, chapter 6 of EN 60 950.

It was intended to cover equipment, that is not covered by IEC 950, (ICT =
Information and
Communications Technology equipment), if such non-ICT equipment is connected to
a
telecommunications network.  E.g., starting your oven and the roast by telephone
before
you go home.

IEC 950 is being revamped and chapter 6 will be distributed all over the
document.  Hence
you will not easily find the telecom-related requirements in a separate corner.

EN 41 003 may have its uses in future.
