EN 41 003 had in it, chapter 6 of EN 60 950. It was intended to cover equipment, that is not covered by IEC 950, (ICT = Information and Communications Technology equipment), if such non-ICT equipment is connected to a telecommunications network. E.g., starting your oven and the roast by telephone before you go home.
IEC 950 is being revamped and chapter 6 will be distributed all over the document. Hence you will not easily find the telecom-related requirements in a separate corner. EN 41 003 may have its uses in future. Ciao, Vic
