Hello Grant and All: EN 41003, being titled "Particular Safety Requirements for Equipment to be Connected to Telecommunications Networks" is just that. Therefor, if your ITE plugs into the telephone network, it applies. If your ITE does not plug into the network, it does not apply. EN 41003 these days simply refers to clause 6 of EN 60590. Therefor, if you comply with EN 60950, then you comply with EN 41003.
