I guess my vocabulary (I am a wordsmith) has gotten in the way and needs to
be tempered.

During one 15 year period I was learning and working in an environment that
required a large vocabulary to converse. I have never escaped the habit.
Since using TREG and having my cryptography pointed out to me by several
people. I now realize email needs to be kept short and in plain efficient
English. After all it is email and to many recipients English is a second
language. A fitting place to be told "keep it simple stupid".

The intention was not to be cryptic. If it was, I would be emailing
myself and sure I was the only one that could read it.

I never use net time to read my email. Eudora downloads and filters email
automatically several times a day. Without my intervention. I read and
respond off-line. Responses are automatically sent during time Eudora is
on-line checking email. It took some time to get this to work correctly.
It's very much like being connected to a network. Eudora is also setup not
check email during peak usage of the IP. I discovered there were many
fruitless calls during that time

Thanks for the advise. I have a better idea on writing and responding to
email.

Duane
