You asked: Any comments on what language the reports must be produced in? Will all the EU members accept English or will there be translation requirements? Several of the PTT's I've worked with prefer/require the reports to be in their national language.
The MRA does not deal with such details. That is part of what the Joint Technical Committee will need to discuss, once it is created. Our European colleagues hope that the MRA will resolve this issue. The operating language for the EU is English. I would expect that in due time, reports in English will become the norm.
