Just one clarification. You will not be able to find the type B surges
in the CS-03, Issue 8 draft because Industry Canada decided not to adopt this
section of the harmonized standard. They don't have a high probability of
lightning strikes like we do here in the US. If you went to the Part 68
industry meeting in February of 1996, Ann Wride's presentation on the Part 68
/ CS-03 harmonization in section K outlines these surges.
