Kevin, you did not tell us what is meant by "Harm to the Network" in Australia. If that is defined as in the US and Canada, you're probably alright. If that is defined as meaning in some way as the thing no longer doing what is was meant to do (which is considered performance and self-correcting in North America) than the Lord walking on water could never meet those requirements.
