Welcome Pam: 2500 Volts isolation where? The power port, TNV ports, or other ports? It depends. Also, simple dielectric isolation is not enough, your dielectric barriers need to meet certain construction requirements such as creepage, clearance, distance through insulation, etc. Check out BS EN 41003 and BS EN 60950. These standards apply for obtaining the CE mark for Information Technology Equipment throughout Europe (LVD as Cynthia mentioned).
