Vic, Thanks for the pointing out I wasn't including the better part of Netherlands by using Holland. I get lazy at the keyboard. Obviously Holland is not politically correct.
One of my friends has pointed this out to me before. He's from the south near the Begium border and a bit older than I am. I like to hear his tales from the war and the verbal tricks they used to determine whether suspect people were Belgium, Dutch, German or Hollanders. He say's a good start was to have them pronounce 88. In future I'll give the Brabanders and Limburgers their due. And also refrain from drinking Weiss Bier, which I don't like much anyway. The darker the better is best. Ciao bella, Duane >> Thank you to all that responded with information on dialtone detection in >> Holland. I hope I can reciprocate in the future. > >Duane, there are two provinces in the Netherlands that are Holland. >North Holland and South Holland.
