61131-2 ESD clarification

     Our company is looking to purchase an ESD gun so that we can test our 
     products according to the ESD requirements of 61131-2.  We have 
     selected RH-2 for relative humidity classification according to 
     section 2.1.1.3 TABLE 2. Now, section 3.9.1 TABLE 16 states we must 
     test to 15kV discharge.  Does this table refer to 15kV contact or 15kV 
     air discharge?
